Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS or USPS at the discretion of our Shipping Manager.  If you have a preference for one or the other please add a note or message at checkout where indicated. Because UPS does not deliver to  P.O. boxes all shipments to a P.O. box address will ship via USPS.

 

As a benefit to our customers, our shipping charges are set on a simple, discounted, flat-rate schedule whereby the shipping charge to the customer is determined only by the in-transit time selected by the customer at check out. The weight of the shipment does not factor into the shipping charge to the customer. The result is that the customer is generally charged less than the actual shipping cost to Moisture Jamzz, Inc. The greater the shipment weight, the more actual shipping charge absorbed by Moisture Jamzz, Inc.

 

For example, if the customer selects shipping by UPS Ground, the customer pays only the $4.00  flat-rate shipping charge- no matter how many items purchased. Moisture Jamzz, Inc. will absorb the difference between the flat-rate and the actual shipping cost. The more items ordered, the greater the shipping discount realized by the customer.

Moisturejamzz.com offers UPS Ground, 3-Day Select  and Next Day Air shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States. For customers choosing UPS Ground or 3-Day Select, their orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, at the discretion of the shipping manager taking into account the estimated and/or guaranteed transit time provided  by UPS and/or USPS.

Orders to be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by USPS method determined by Moisture Jamzz, Inc. based on the invoice amount and other factors. We ship to A.P.O. addresses via US Priority Mail only.

 

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

Ground shipping:
Orders for items that are in stock usually ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm EST

 

International Shipping:

For orders to be shipped outside of the U.S. customers can select either the 3-day or next-day shipping rate and the orders will ship via the method selected by the Shipping Manager based on the projected time in transit and the size of the order.

Express shipping (Next Day & 3-Day Select):
These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 3:30 PM EST. If an express order is placed before 1 PM EST, it will usually ship out that same day.

Tracking Your Packages

You may receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers’ online stores:

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling
1-800-945-6837. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our return policy for returns.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the responsibility of consumer to file any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
